At OOVEER, we take pride in crafting our body oils in the USA and delivering them to your doorstep, wherever you are.

 


Domestic Shipping (USA)

All orders are processed and shipped directly from our headquarters in Huntingdon Valley, Pennsylvania.

 

  • Processing Time: We aim to process all orders within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

     

  • Delivery Estimate: Standard shipping typically arrives within 3–7 business days after the processing period.

     

  • Tracking: You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

     

International Shipping

We are happy to share our natural glow with customers worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery estimates for international orders are calculated at checkout based on your specific location.

 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes OOVEER LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (including tariffs, taxes, and VAT) are the sole responsibility of the customer. If you are ordering from outside the USA, you may be required to pay additional charges for customs clearance upon delivery.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's website.

 

Damages and Issues

OOVEER LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim. Be sure to save all packaging materials and the damaged goods before filing your claim.
